Cancellation Policy
All regular reservations (excluding long weekends) carry a 7 day cancellation policy. Credit cards will be processed at time of booking. Cancellations made before the 7 day policy will result in a full refund minus $20 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will result in one nght fee withheld. No refunds on Long weekend cancellations. Failure to arrive by 11 am the morning following your reservation date may result in the release of site without refund.
